About PNBP
The Pensacola Network of Black Professionals (PNBP) is a vibrant local organization dedicated to fostering meaningful connections among community leaders, professionals, and engaged residents. We spotlight the work of our board, uplift community initiatives, host energizing social outings, and cultivate strong, confident leadership. Our goal is to build a dynamic network where individuals can exchange ideas, collaborate on projects, and support one another’s personal and professional growth.
Founded in 2019 by Erik Petersen with fewer than 30 members, PNBP has grown into a powerful movement of more than 1,400 professionals across the region. Through strategic networking experiences, transformative professional development, and engaging social events, we equip our members to excel in every aspect of their lives.
As the largest professionals organization in the Northwest Florida Panhandle, we lead with purpose, collaboration, and community impact.
Our mission is to build a collective of professionals dedicated to elevating themselves and their surroundings through development, civic engagement, service, and economic empowerment.
